Today’s Education system focuses on performance. Given the limited framework within which to operate the creative processes of the teacher are reigned in. This kind of rigid structuring leaves a trail of frustration and resignation within the teacher. Conformity becomes the norm resulting in a lack of creativity in the student. The performance of the student largely depends on the performance of the teacher. If teachers can be trained to do better, then, the achievement of the students is bound to rise.
