Based on Laboratory training method, which calls for the trainer’s facilitating skill. There is no set agenda and the same will evolve on its own responding to the context. Participants are expected to interact with others in non-judgmental and non evaluative mode

This Program generally aims at developing Leadership and Team skills in organization and at enriching the Quality of personal and family Life. This OBT (out bound training program) is a ‘Rough it out’ one, wherein participants have to physically exert to certain extent while exploring, experimenting and learning new skills. Individuals and Team can make mistakes, challenge new paradigms (Mental models), try new behavior and synthesize learning. Participants are tested by a broad array of Team situation and Challenges.
1. To enhance and expand one’s self-concept evidenced by:

Overcoming initial hesitation, fear, and false fatigue when Confronted with physical and mental challenges |

Accepting responsibility for own actions and feelings including a willingness to accept and follow through on Leadership assignments |

Recognizing personal strengths and limitations and willingness to seek help when needed |
2. To heighten one’s awareness and appreciation of others as evidenced by:

An empathy to the needs and feelings of others |

Deferring personal wishes in the interest of group harmony and well being |

Demonstrating a concern for the welfare and safety of members, and assuming leadership responsibilities when the need arises |
