Transition is a phenomenon and is most visible now throughout the world including India. This is because the forces of change are global. The changes in the markets, the technology, and the demands of customers are driving not only companies but also colleges to change as they are the main resource creators. Thus, CHANGE -a sin-qua-non for an institution's survival and growth.
Industries do not want only marks. They demand employable students from colleges who have positive attitude, aptitude to perform and other employable skills. It is imperative that every college should have 'skilled faculty' to craft the above students. But the fact is colleges lack quality teachers. Our program aims to enhance this capacity building. To make this happen, teachers need to understand and redefine their 'role and its expectations' from the perspective of stakeholders.
