Facing examinations

Children are now gearing up to face the examinations and we in BODHI intend to give them some inputs to provoke their thoughts and catch up for their loss if they have lost, or to help them to do better to become more successful to achieve their goals.
Facing the examination

Knowledge about the examination and self-confidence in the most important factor.

Examination is not a fear but a challenge to prove one’s worth.

Student should face the examination no out of force by parents or teachers but by his own interest.

He/She should understand and accept that the marks they get is what they deserve for their hardworks, effort, and interest they have shown for the examination.

Syllabus knowledge is very important to face the examination. This knowledge will only give him/her a clear picture about the lessons, question answers etc.

Study Method
Equal concentration on all subjects will help the student to get good marks in all the subject and also will help to get a higher total score.

If there is a difficult subject one should spend more time for that subject alone.
Complete concentration without any distraction or attractions is very essential
No wasting time. Time once lost can never be regained.
Select a calm and clean place to study.
Keep all the important books and guide near you, when you study. This will help you to reduce wastage of time.

Taking hints is very important, for their help you while revising the lesson.
Post pone studying when you are tired or tensed.
Make a schedule go study and to rest. This will help you in covering all the subjects and all the position.

During your rest time do something creative and enjoyable then will help you to get energy to further your study.

Model papers off atleast two or three years to be practiced to familiarize yourself to the questions.

Concentration on spellings in language subjects like Tamil, English, Hindi, etc.
Focus on difficult chapter and difficult question. Write down the difficult answers and evaluate them on your own.

Combined study will help for students who are really time conscious and not for those who waste time.

Writing and verifying the answers will increase memory and retention discounts easy.
